Kristen - 14706 Dickens Street
One of my favorite buildings is 14706 Dickens. It is a small building nestled at the foot of the hills, just South of Ventura Blvd, in Sherman Oaks. I believe that the area is one of the best you can find in Southern California. There are wonderful shops and places to eat on Ventura Blvd and charming homes and buildings in the neighborhoods around Dickens. Driving down the street I see so many people going on walks and enjoying the area and warm California sun. I enjoy the 14706 Dickens building in particular because it was recently remodeled so all the apartments have central air (wonderful!), fabulous kitchens, and updated appliances and fixtures. The apartments look fantastic. See for yourself!
